What would be the procedure if you want us to prefabricate a house in accordance with your design
1. You may request us to prepare a quotation based on your design drawings
At receipt of any inquiry based on your own design or architect’s design (which will certainly not reflect our prefab system) or contain insufficient details we need to re-generate the design to our prefab system first before we are able to prepare a quotation. The time spent to undertake these services shall be reimbursed. In the event that our company will be awarded the project we will forthwith refund the total of the costs made for the preparation of the quotation.
2. You may request us to design a model based on your (written) requirements A detailed explanation on this procedure is given on our page “Custom Order“.
