Our standard portfolio of wooden prefab houses range to over dozens of different models or we will make based on your order. We put quality and service in making product from pre order through installation on your premises, where to include ease of installation by assembling instruction and video installation instructions. if possible, we also provide installation in place.
All of our houses are build from genuine Indonesian hardwoods from certified and sustainable managed felling concessions overseen by the Ministry of Forestry of Indonesia. The following Indonesian hardwoods are used by us:

(*) The heartwood of Reviews These types of wood is the only termite resistant wood species found in Indonesia the which is used for wooden prefab houses. The heartwood of the other Iron wood is termite resistant wood species, however, is banned from being exported.
Our prefab homes are highlighted by the characteristic Dickey roof shape and the typical open inside roof structure with an open truss system.
Special feature: Not one nail is used in our prefab structures. All connections are either bolted with stainless steel bolts and / or fixed with stainless steel screws. Very easy to re-assemble with little DIY experience.
