Better than the original -
I have the original BFL program, but decided to check this one out. I'm glad I did; it has tons of stories and pictures, and is much more personally motivating than the first. If you're thinking of doing BFL, I'd recommend this book over the first.

This book is great! If you are familiar with the Body For Life at all you will love the insite the champions give you. The exercises are re vamped and more suited for people who want or need to work out at home. The principle is the same, just more little tips and hints.

Great book. I bought the first version about 10 years ago. It was good, but this one is better. This version has stories from the prior champions that are very motivational. They give you lots of pointers. The champs also give recipe ideas that are great. If you are just starting the Body for Life program, or are wanting to get into it, definitely buy this version. Great book!!
