Our factories purchase the raw material only from registered forest concessions (Indonesian HPH Holders). This ensures one of the best tropical hardwoods for your prefabricated wooden houses and a minimized environmental impact by sustainable logging.

Tropical Hardwood
Our premium material for prefabricated wooden houses is bangkirai hardwood. It's characteristics:
- rich color, regular grain
- high density and stability in service
- natural resistance to termites
- high fire-resistance
Technical specifications are detailed in several tests by the University of Hawaii's entomology laboratory.
All logs are from firsthand registered traders. The milling operations are supervised by the workshops to get a satisfying ratio between product quality and sawn timber recovery rate.
The timber material is supplied in Grade A with a clean smooth grain, and no heartwood or sapwood. After planning, finely sanded S4S Components are protected with an Alkyd Resin Based Lasure. As with merbau and other premium Indonesian species (i.e. bangkirai), we process only high quality materials sourced from renowned suppliers. Other materials include:
- Plywood, used mainly for structural insulated panels, comes exclusively in Waterproof Export quality (WBP)
- Pinewood or similar soft wood species used for roof battens, decking structures or panel frames are selected from European plantations and fully treated against termites attacks
- Stainless steel and galvanized steel hardware, such as brackets, screws and bolts are made in the EU according to the highest international quality standards
High-Precision Woodworking Machineries
We operate as one of the few carpentry workshops all over South-East Asia fully equipped with MAFELL® Germany-Made portable tools.
We are planning to open a new computerized production unit equipped with Hundegger® machines, a high-performance Automated Joinery Machine combining industrial productivity and high precision.
Structural Engineering
We have builit many prefabricated wooden houses in cyclonic areas (Caribbean Islands, Hawaii, Tahiti, New Caledonia…) where construction requires wind resistance up to 300 kph.
The building system is specifically designed to meet the most demanding Building Code Standards. With several projects calling for large diameter post and beam structures, our factory's system specializes in precise engineering and custom designed metal hardware for producing a superb quality prefabricated wooden house.
